Order Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by Customer

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  2. Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  3. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.

b. Cancellation by Sky Enterprise

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment not completed or verified
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of gems, diamonds, and custom-cut products, refunds are handled strictly under the conditions mentioned below.

a. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be initiated only if:

  • You receive a wrong product
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product received is materially different from the description

Unboxing videos may be required as proof for verification purposes.

b. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Slight variations in color, clarity, shape, or texture (natural characteristics of gems and diamonds)
  • Custom-made, customized, or certified gemstones and diamonds
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear
  1. Refund Process
  • Once your refund request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
  • Shipping, handling, certification, and transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  1. Return Shipping
  • If a return is approved, the product must be shipped back in its original condition, packaging, and certification (if applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from Sky Enterprise.
  • We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns. Sky Enterprise is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  1. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed after the product is received and verified.
  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
